Automobile, Abandoned: A motor vehicle which is left on private <br />property without the consent of the owner, occupant, or lessee of <br />the property. <br />2. The ac- <br />cessory building shall. not be located in any required front or ' <br />side yard, shall not cover more than.thirty (30) percent of.any <br />rear, yard, shall be at least five (5) feet from any other building <br />on the same lot, and at least twenty (20) feet from'any building - <br />used for human habitation on adjoining lots. <br />Enforcement Officer: The person or persons appointed by the Lee <br />County Board of Commissioners to enforce the provisions of.this <br />ordinance. <br />Florida Room: A prefabricated room designed and manufactured <br />specifically for mobile homes. <br />Fuel Storage Facility: Means any storage facility required for . <br />heating or coo'c=ng purposes. A icel storage facility shall no t <br />b located within ten (10) feet of _-v entrance to the -mobile <br />home. <br />The words Health Officer shall mean the director of the District <br />Health Department or his authorized representative.' <br />Major Collectors: Any mobile home park street or road intersect- <br />ing or providing direct access to a State Highway Commission main- <br />-2- <br />
