No electrical power <br />shall be turned on until this section of the ordinance has been <br />completely satisfied when an individual mobile home is located <br />on an individual lot. <br />ARTICLE VII - PROCEDURE FOR SECURING P.PPROVAL OF MOBILE H0%,1E PARRS <br />Section A - Approval Required <br />No mobile home park within the.jurisdiction of Lee County shall be <br />established, altered or expanded until a construction permit has been <br />issued by the Enforcement Officer. <br />Section B - Mobile Home Park Construction Permit <br />1. Prior to the construction of a new mobile home park or.the ex- <br />pansion of an existing mobile home park, the developer shall. <br />make application to the Enforcement Officer for a permit... to <br />or expand such a park. The application shall.be accom-... <br />panied by five (5) copies of the proposed park plan. Such ap- <br />plication must be received at least fourteen (14) days prior to <br />a regularly scheduled meeting of the Lee County Planning Board if the <br />proposed park plan is to be reviewed by the planning board at that time. <br />2. The park plan shall be drawn at a scale of one hundred (100) feet <br />to one (1) inch or larger and shall include the following: <br />a. the name of t`;e park, the names and addresses of the owner or <br />owners, and the designer or engineer. <br />b. Date, scale, and north arrow. <br />C. Boundaries of the tract shown with bearings and distances. <br />d. Site plan showing streets, driveways, recreation areas, parking <br />spaces, service buildings, water courses, easements, mobile home-- _ <br />spaces, and all structures to be located on the,park site. <br />-6- <br />
