p Cpp <br />BOOK 4J ( O x.100 . <br />Section B - Certificate of Compliance Required <br />When a home is sited within Lee County for the first time, or when <br />a mobile home is moved from one site to another in Lee County, no <br />person shall occupy such house or mobile home for residential pur <br />poses until a certificate of compliance and occupancy has been ob- <br />tained from the designated Enforcement Officers. These enforcement <br />officers shall include a sanitarian;:from the local health department, <br />the county electrical inspector and the designated Enforcement Officer <br />of the Lee County Board of Commissioners. <br />Section C - Certificate to be Issued When Conditions are Met <br />The Lee County Planning Board or the designated Enforcement Officer <br />shall issue a certificate indicating compliance with the appropriate . <br />county regulations and authorizing occupancy of the mobile home for <br />residential purposes when the following conditions have been met, and <br />notices have been received: <br />-1. Individual mobile homes within Lee County shall meet the minimum <br />lot and yard requirements of the Health Department in regulating <br />the distance between wells and septic tanks. <br />In addition, the Health Department has lot area requirements for <br />individual dwelling units to assure proper septic tank drainage. <br />A drawing showing the proposed mobile home location and all other <br />land areas and dwellings adjacent thereto, and showing compliance <br />with the Health Department. lot area requirements by all dwellings <br />in the area-shall be submitted with the permit application. <br />Minimum lot sizes for mobile homes using septic. tanks shall be <br />as determined by the Lee County sanitarian, but in no case less <br />than twenty thousand (20,000) square feet whether or not a <br />community water supply is available. <br />Percolation tests are also required by the Health Department at <br />locations they specify. <br />2. The minim= setback from property lines shall.be as follows: _ <br />a. twenty-five (25) feet from the front property line; <br />b. fifteen (15) feet from the side property line or designated <br />1oc are~.for adjoining prooa!rty; . <br />C. fifteen (15) feet from the rear property line or designated, <br />lot area for adjoining property. <br />3. Foundations for mobile homes, and anchorage to foundations, shall <br />be provided as set forth in the "State of North Carolina Regulations- - <br />for Mobile Homes." <br />-5- <br />
