Wicker <br />all voted for the motion upon.a roll call vote. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Franklin D., Wicker, duly seconded <br />by Commissioner Hal L. Hancock, it was resolved to 'appoint Dr. J.,M.,McKinnon <br />to be the Rabies Inspector to conduct a Rabies Vaccination-Program, as provided <br />by the General Statutes. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Dotterer, duly seconded by <br />Commissioner Franklin D. Wicker, it was resolved to appropriate the sum of <br />$2, 450. 00 from the unappropriated surplus in the General Fund to the Maintenance <br />Department for the purpose of the installation of pipe in the ditch running between <br />the County Maintenance Building and its jail property.
