g g g 62 Commissioner Dotterer moved that the Board appropriate U0,000.00 from the funds derived from the nickel per bottle revenue to,fund'the contract to be entered, into by the County and Exodus House for the conduct of a rehabilitation program for alcoholics; provided, however, that this appropriation be reduced by the amount of any funds contributed by.the ABC Board for the support of said program. Gornmiss- ioner Franklin D. Wicker seconded the motion and upon,a vote, Messrs. Dotterer, F. Wicker and G. Wicker all voted for it and no one voted against it. Mr. Elwin Buchanan, Community Development Director, appeared before the Board and reviewed the projects currently underway. Commissioner Dotterer requested that the Board be furnished with a copy of the Minimum Housing Code used by the City of Sanford and that the Planning Comm- ission be advised to get started on its consideration of Countywide zoning. Mr. Buchanan stated he would furnish the Minimum Housing Code to the.Commissioners. Mr. Buchanan advised that it had been necessary to reduce the application for a grant for assistance under the Clean Water Bond Act on the water tank to be located in the Williams Industrial Park because the City of Sanford had a pending application at the time the County. submitted its application: The amendment was authorized, upon motion of Commissioner Franklin D. Wicker, duly seconded by Commissioner Dotterer which motion was unanimously adopted. There was a discussion concerning the. contracts for various projects with Williams & Works. Mr. Buchanan was authorized to begin preparation of the 1977 application for a Title XX program. There being no further business to come before the Session, it was adjourned.
