<br />moved that Mr. Brewer be authorized to purchase five stainless steel,.comodes for
<br />use at. the. jail with the'purchase to be made fr,,!rii the appropriation for the Main
<br />tenance Department: . Commissioner.-Hal L. Hancock, seconded the motion and,upo'n a:
