Our current agreement ends on June 30, <br />2014. I have not removed any of the language that allows the County to terminate the <br />contract at its convenience. Further, the contract is subject to appropriation of funding <br />each fiscal year. <br />All of our prior agreements make reference to the original request for proposal <br />( "RFP ") and Logan's responses to the RFP. The RFP has been listed as an attachment to <br />the contract for years, but we have not actually put the attachment on the contract for <br />several years. Does the County have a copy of the RFP that they would like to use for the <br />attachment? <br />I have attempted to keep the language unchanged where possible. To aid in the <br />County's review of the agreement, I will summarize the changes I have made to the prior <br />agreement. <br />• The initial paragraph: <br />o Changed date to reflect effective date of July 1, 2014 <br />• Section I: <br />o Paragraph 1: Changed term dates to include July 1, 2014 through June <br />30, 2019 <br />o Paragraph 10: changed dates to 2014 from 2011 <br />• Section II: <br />• Paragraph 1: took out the footnote relating to indexing standards, since <br />those were handled during the term of the current agreement. <br />• Paragraph 9: Changed language to reflect that we are currently using <br />the copy account program. The prior agreement makes reference to <br />this possibly being added. <br />• Section III <br />
