The Inmate Labor Contract was <br />revised in 2010 and now includes information concerning the Prison Rape Elimination Act of <br />2003 (PREA). This revision is noted on page 7, Part VII (Logistics), of the labor contract. There <br />is no change in the contract amount. Our current contract will expire June 30, 2014 and it is our <br />recommendation that the contract be renewed for the period of July 1, 2014 through June 30, <br />2015.
