Automated Indexing Logan Systems will provide a computer retrieval system <br />that allows for searches of the entire indexing database for land records and <br />Financing Statements (up to June 30, 2001, when Financing Statements not <br />effecting real estate are filed at the state level). In addition, the software <br />allows for the retrieval of birth, death, and marriage information as well. <br />Because of state laws regarding confidentiality of certain birth records, the <br />software allows the ROD staff to delete certain birth records. <br />3. Scanning of Land and Other Records Logan Systems will provide a scanning <br />system for land record and other data in accordance with Logan Systems' <br />responses to the RFP. Logan Systems' "Proposal for Lee County" is attached <br />as "Exhibit B" and the section II.C. "Imaging Input and Retrieval" is <br />incorporated by reference herein in its entirety. <br />4. Plat Scanning and Retrieval Logan Systems will scan all original oversized <br />(larger than 11" x 14 ") plats in the ROD's office. These plats will be made <br />available for viewing and oversized printing in the ROD's office. <br />5. Index and Image Retrieval Logan Systems will provide public retrieval units <br />for both indexing and imaging retrieval in accordance with its responses to the <br />Request for Proposal attached hereto as "Exhibit A." <br />6. Receiptin : Logan Systems will provide a receipting system to the ROD. The <br />features of this system will be the result of customization requested by the <br />ROD. <br />7. Tax Office Access to ROD data Logan Systems will provide access to the <br />tax office of ROD data. The mechanism for this access will be decided by the <br />County and Logan Systems. <br />8, Remote Access: Logan Systems will provide remote access service to the <br />ROD. Logan Systems understands that this service will be implemented at a <br />later date upon the request of the ROD and the County. <br />III. Costs for Service <br />The cost for the services provided will be as listed below.
