® 8006 8 PA011- (c) (d) (e) (f) (g) (h) (i) That within a reasonable time prior to displacement, decent, safe, and sanitary replacement dwellings will be available to such displaced families and individuals, in accordance with Sections 205 (cX3) of the Act. That the costs to the Applicant of providing pay- ments and assistance hereunder shall be borne in accordance with Section 211 of the Act. That affected person will be adequately informed of the benefits, policies, and procedures provided by the Act and HUD regulations issued pursuant thereto. That the relocation process will be carried out in such a manner as to provide displaced persons with uniform and consistent services; and replacement housing as described in the Act and HUD regulations issued pursuant thereto will be available and the same range of choices with respect to such housing will be offered to all displaced persons regardless of race, color, religion, or national origin pursuant to Xitle VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 USC 2000d), Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968 (42 USC 3501 et seq.) and Executive Order 11063 (27 F.R. 11527. That in acquiring real property in connection with said projects the Applicant will be guided to the greatest extent practicable under State law, by the acquisition policies set out under Section 301 of the Federal Act and the provisions of Section 302 thereof. That property owners will be paid or reimbursed for necessary expenses as specified in Section 303 and 304 of the Federal Act. That the applicant will execute such amendments to the abovementioned contracts and agreements and execute, furnish, and be bound by such additional documents as the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development shall determine necessary to effectuate or implement the assurances provided hereunder.
