® 8006 8 PA011- <br />(c) <br />(d) <br />(e) <br />(f) <br />(g) <br />(h) <br />(i) <br />That within a reasonable time prior to displacement, <br />decent, safe, and sanitary replacement dwellings <br />will be available to such displaced families and <br />individuals, in accordance with Sections 205 (cX3) <br />of the Act. <br />That the costs to the Applicant of providing pay- <br />ments and assistance hereunder shall be borne in <br />accordance with Section 211 of the Act. <br />That affected person will be adequately informed <br />of the benefits, policies, and procedures provided <br />by the Act and HUD regulations issued pursuant <br />thereto. <br />That the relocation process will be carried out in <br />such a manner as to provide displaced persons with <br />uniform and consistent services; and replacement <br />housing as described in the Act and HUD regulations <br />issued pursuant thereto will be available and the <br />same range of choices with respect to such housing <br />will be offered to all displaced persons regardless <br />of race, color, religion, or national origin pursuant <br />to Xitle VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 <br />(42 USC 2000d), Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act <br />of 1968 (42 USC 3501 et seq.) and Executive Order <br />11063 (27 F.R. 11527. <br />That in acquiring real property in connection with <br />said projects the Applicant will be guided to the <br />greatest extent practicable under State law, by the <br />acquisition policies set out under Section 301 of the <br />Federal Act and the provisions of Section 302 thereof. <br />That property owners will be paid or reimbursed for <br />necessary expenses as specified in Section 303 and 304 <br />of the Federal Act. <br />That the applicant will execute such amendments to <br />the abovementioned contracts and agreements and execute, <br />furnish, and be bound by such additional documents as <br />the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development shall <br />determine necessary to effectuate or implement the <br />assurances provided hereunder. <br />
