Upon a•roll call vote, Messrs. Cooper, Potterer, Hancock, ;F. Wicker and G. Commissioner William H. Cooper moved the adoption of the following resolution: BE.IT RESOLVED: WHEREAS, an.appraisal.report' by. Mr. Roy Utley for parcel shown.on the attachment to.this resolution, were presented to'the-Lee.,Couinty Board of Commissioners. for their'review; and 'WHEREAS, ,.a review appraiser's (Mr. Clyde Burge), Fair Market Value determination and his, report therein' was reviewed by,the Board of Commissioners at.the meeting held on November 1, 1976; and WHEREAS; information pertaining -to the name of owner, parcel number and location was available to each member of.the•Board-of Commissioners; and WHEREAS, the-Lee County Board of Commissioners wish to establish Just Compensation for the improvement (house) located on the parcel to be acquired by the Board of Commissioners; and WHEREAS; the delimitsof'the property-and the interest to b6 acquired therein was presented to the Board - of Commissioners; . NOW, THEREFORE,' BE IT RESOLVED: THAT, the Board of Commissioners of the County of Le'e.certifies:that the work of the appraiser and the review appraiser, with respect to each property has been performed in a competent manner in'accordance with applicable State law.
