Pegram and Dr. Julian W. Shields be appointed to serve on the Raleigh CETA Consortium Advisory Council along with Mr. Robert Mooneyham and Commissioner Franklin D. Wicker and that,the travel and meal expense *of such members be reimbursed by the County. Commissioner John E.. Dotterer 'seconded the motion and upon a vote it was unanimously adopted. Upon motion of Commissioner John E..Dotterer, seconded by . Commissioner Gordon A.- Wicker, it was unanimously resolved to appoint Mr,s. Patrigia Smith as an alternate member of.the Region.J Emergency. Medical Services Board. Commissioner John E.
