Bock 8 FAa798 <br />Copies of the Community Development Preapplication, Application, <br />Citizen Participation Plan, Affirmative Action Plan, Annual <br />Performance Report, Environmental Reviews, Property Acquisition <br />Plans, and Relocation Policies shall be available to the <br />public. These documents shall be maintained by the Office <br />of Community Development. <br />7.- PROPERTY-ACQUISITION AND RELOCATION. <br />The-County,- through-its Office of Community Development,- <br />will inform persons who are to be relocated or from whom <br />property is to be acquired of the benefits, policies, and <br />procedures provided for under HUD regulations. <br />8. TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE. <br />The County, through its Office of Community Development, <br />will provide technical assistance to assist citizen participants <br />to understand program requirements such as the Davis-Bacon Act, <br />environmental policies, equal opportunity requirements, <br />relocation provisions, and other requirements. <br />9. CITIZEN PARTICIPATION RECORDS. <br />The Office of Community Development shall maintain records <br />in accordance with CFR 570.907(b). <br />10. AVAILABILITY. <br />Availability of this plan for public review and comment <br />shall be advertised at least two times in the Sanford <br />Herald. <br />
