<br />has created a'po1 i"cal subdivision and` _body corporate and
<br />politic of the 'Sta'te-of North Carolina known as'-The -ee County
<br />Industrial Facilities. and Pollu't'ion Control:Firiancing Zuthority .
<br />(the ;'Authority") and'
<br />-,WH'EREAS~'the' Authority is authorized under '
<br />the Iiidustrial.'and;Pollution Control Facilitie's Financing Act' `
<br />CAapter 1 51 9G of.the. General;Statutes,'of North Carolina (the
<br />!!Act'?), to issue revenue-.bond's'for'the purpose; among,other.s,
<br />of paying all or:any•part,of'•ihe cost:of any.,inddsirial project: or
<br />industry, to acquire, construct and, equip,'any such project, and ;

<br />WHEREAS, the Authority"has determined'to

<br />metal products in the. County (the "Trion Project") and,'to lease
<br />the Trion ProjeciO LTriori, Inc.,iand'to pay all or a. part of the
<br />cost ofacquisition construction and'equipping of industrial'
<br />facilities for-the manufacture of fiberglass re-inforced'plastio

<br />WHEREAS, :the Authority intends to' file separate
<br />'-.applications ,for-approval- of. the, separate -proposedP,rojects with
<br />the--Secretary of the,Department of Commerce -(the "Department"),'
<br />as required by the Act; and
<br />WHEREAS,, the Department has, by-administrative
<br />regulation,' stipulated that no application--for approval of a project
<br />will'be 'officially~ received until the governing body of the`,coLinty
<br />from which the application is=made has,.byjresolution, approved in
<br />principle the. proposed project-and a certified copy of such resolution.
