<br />E. Dotterer moved that the nominations be'closed and Mrs. White be declared

<br />The. Chairman called for nominations for persons to serve on the
<br />Board of,Directors'of the'Johnstcn''.Lee.Community Action Program Board. ' Comm-
<br />issioner John E-, Dotterer-nominated Mrs. 'Leslie Monroe Smith and Mr. Gordon
<br />A. Wicker, for these positions'. Commissioner Rhyne moved thaf the nominations
<br />be closed and that Mrs. Smith and Mr. Wicker be declared elected by acclamation.

<br />..the low basecbid of=Kiiig.Roofing,And Manufacturing Company,: in the amount of
<br />$9, 306. 00; and pay any applicable taxes which would, be' recoveredt`by the County.
