ex 8 ~ACE$`~~ Section. 15: It is estimated - o t. the following School Capital Way Fund Revenue will be available during the fiscal year beginning July 13 1977, and ending June 30, 1978, to meet the foregoing School Capital Outlay Fund appropriations: CODE REVENUE SOURCE AMOUNT 51-397-01 General Fund Appropriation $ 250 250 TOTAL REVENUES - SCHOOL CAPITAL OUTLAY FUND $ 250 250 Section 16: That for said fiscal year there is hereby appropriated out of the Central Carolina Technical Institute Fund the following: CODE PURPOSE APPROPRIATION 60 Current Expense $ 185 000 61 Capital Outlay 125 000 TOTAL APPROPRIATIONS - CENTRAL CAROLINA TECHNICAL INSTITUTE FUND $ 310 000 Section: 17 It is estimated that the following Central Carolina Technical Institute Fund Revenues will be available during the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1977, and ending June 30, 1978, to meet the foregoing Central Carolina Technical Institute Fund appropriations: CODE REVENUE SOURCE AMOUNT 53-397-01 General Fund Appropriation $ 310 000 TOTAL REVENUES - CENTRAL CAROLINA TECHNICAL INSTITUTE FUND $ 310 000 Section 18: There is hereby levied for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1978, a rate of $1.02 of taxes on each one hundred dollars ($100) assessed valuation of taxable property as listed as of January 1, 1977, for the purpose of raising revenues from current year's property tax as set forth in the foregoing estimates of revenue and in order to finance foregoing appropriations for the general expenses incident to the proper government of Lee County, North Carolina, and for the payment of maturing principal and interest on outstanding bonded debt,of Lee County, North Carolina. Such rate is based on an estimated total appraised value of property for the purpose of taxation of $355,000,000 with an assessment ratio of 100% of appraised value, and an estimated collection rate of 92%. Section 19: There is hereby levied for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1978, the following: (A) A privilege license tax in the amount of $200 upon any person engaged in the practice of phrenology as defined and permitted to be taxed under the provisions of G.S. 105-48: (B) A privilege license tax in the amount of $200 on any Gypsies or strolling bands of persons as defined and permitted to be taxed under G. S. 105-58(b) who are granted the right to practice such arts and crafts under Chapter 766, Session Laws of 1955. Section 20: All Taxes collected for years prior to 1977 will be distributed to the General Fund. Section 21: Copies of this Budget Ordinance shall be furnished to the Finance Officer of Lee County, North Carolina, to be kept on file for direction in the collection of revenues and expenditure of amounts appropriated.
