BK - 00026 PG <br />Policy Commissioners will need to decide whether to pay the employees for the additional time or <br />require them to use accrued leave. Mr. Crumpton stated that in the past the County has always paid <br />employees for inclement weather days, no matter how many had to be taken. After discussion, <br />Commissioner Reives moved to approve paying employees for inclement weather taken during the last <br />snow storm, above what is stated in the Personnel Policy. Upon a vote, the results were as followed: <br />Aye: Dalrymple, Frazier, Knecht, Parks, Reives, Smith, and Womack <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Various Commissioners gave updates on recent meetings they had attended. <br />With no further business to come before the Board, Commissioner Frazier moved to adjourn the <br />meeting. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dalrymple, Frazier, Knecht, Parks, Reives, Smith, and Womack <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and the meeting adjourned at <br />Charles T.
