Funding Guidelines or Restrictions: (if applicable) <br />The Funding Guidelines or Restrictions have been changed to add the following <br />The Public Health Preparedness and Response for Bioterrorism grant requires a five percent match for the grant that <br />begins August 10, 2009 and a ten percent match for the grant that begins August 10, 2010. Counties should enter all local <br />Bioterrorism expenditures which may be utilized as match for federal grant at local line (106) which has been added to the <br />aid-to-county database to be used by comities to report their local bioterrorism expenditures. It is mandatory that counties <br />report these expenditures monthly as these expenditures will be used as match for the grant. <br />PFIP&R will distribute hinds to the LI-fD in amounts based on a formula developed in conjunction with and agreed to by <br />the Public Health Preparedness Liaison Committee. Funds will be distributed through the Controller's Office based on <br />standard DPI-1 procedures. <br />Equipment purchases exceeding $2,500.00 for single or multiple item(s) must receive prior written approval from <br />PHP&R.
