If future growth of the % cent sales tax allows the proceeds will be used for <br />• Debt Service on Central Carolina Community College projects and other Lee <br />County Board of Education Capital Projects listed in the County's Capital <br />Improvement Plan (CIP); <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Lee County Board of Commissioners <br />states that these funds are needed to reduce the increasing property tax burden on the <br />citizens of Lee County while addressing critical educational capital needs.
