BARBOUR, JOHNNY B. KNIGHT AND <br />NORTHWEST POCKET LCID, LLC <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of Lee County as follows: <br />ARTICLE ONE. Grant of Franchise <br />The County of Lee, one of the counties of the State of North Carolina, <br />hereinafter referred to as Grantor, hereby grants to Michael W. Barbour, Johnny <br />B. Knight and Northwest Pocket LCID, LLC hereinafter collectively referred to as <br />the Grantees a franchise and right to develop, operate and maintain one (1) <br />• landfill of less than two (2) acres in size for the land disposal of land clearing <br />waste and inert debris at a site in Pocket Township in Lee County. <br />ARTICLE TWO.
