G244 <br />• AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING NIAP <br />OF LEE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA <br />WHEREAS, a request to amend the Official Zoning Map has been received from Jerry Adkins <br />(Case42009-0701) to rezone Lee County Tax Parcel 9630-17-8382 from Residential Agricultural <br />(RA) district to Highway Commercial (HC) district; and <br />WHEREAS, said request has been presented to the Lee County Planning Board; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lee County Board of Commissioners conducted a public hearing on July 20, <br />2009 to receive citizen input on the requested zoning map amendment; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lee County Board of Commissioners approves the request to amend the <br />Official Zoning Map of Lee County: North Carolina; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEE COUNTY BOARD OF <br />COMMISSIONERS: <br />The official Zoning Map is hereby amended to rezone Lee County Tax Parcel 9630-17-8382 <br />from Residential Agricultural (RA) to I lighrvay Commercial (FIC) district.
