BUILDING PERMIT FEES RESIDENTIAL I 090 RESIDENTIAL (New) Includes all Single Family Dwellings, Duplexes, and Townhouses. Square Footage u to 1500 s .ft.: $190 Basic Fee. Permit Fee is Calculated based on Applicants Estimated Cost of Construction. Building Permit Fee: (Bid, quote, or estimate must be provided with permit application).
