Also, it is suggested that the developer create a bus-stop that <br />works with the overall subdivision design, as opposed to the children creating <br />® their ocvn bus-stop in someone's yard. This may allow the property owners <br />the future option of removing the gates and turning the roads over to <br />NCDOT for maintenance.
