Please contact the <br />Office of the Lee County Fire Marshall with specific questions regarding this <br />issue. <br />• The typical cul-de-sac radius approved is 45ft - this is the area of the <br />pavement, not the right-of-way. <br />• Add the existing & proposed waterlines to the plan and include hydrant <br />locations. <br />• Standard note: The Office of the Lee County Fire Marshall has made a cursory <br />review of the plans relative to the above named project. The Fire Marshall's Office <br />makes no warranty that the plans conform to all technical codes and contain no <br />defects. Should such defects in the plans be discovered during construction it will be <br />® the applicant's responsibility to correct the defects. This project may be subject to <br />the architectural standards of the American with Disabilities Act of 1990 (the ADA). <br />Issuance of this letter does not certify that this project is in compliance with this <br />Federal Law. The land is zoned RR <br />and is proposed for development to meet the RR standards; however if the <br />developer pursues a gated community with private streets, the property will <br />need to be rezoned to a conditional zoning district, which requires the <br />approval of the Lee County Board of Commissioners. Please contact Althea <br />Thompson in a timely manner regarding this process so that staff may assist <br />you in effectively coordinating the scheduling of this process. <br />• Existing Conditions: There was no existing conditions plan submitted. As per the <br />aerial photo, the only development on site appears to be one house, several accessory <br />buildings and a tennis court constructed on parcel# 9622-83-2902-00.
