0?5 <br />i 5.37.3 STANDARDS. <br />5.37.3.1 Written approval from the property owner indicating permission to locate <br />vending unit on-site. <br />5.37.3.2 Vending units shall conform to the minimum setbacks as set forth in Table 4.7- <br />1 ofthisOrdinance. <br />5.37.3.3 Each vending unit shall be limited to the amount of wall signage as set forth in <br />Article I], except however, in no case shall such vending unit be allowed to have more <br />than two (2) wall signs. <br />5.37.3.4 Vending units shall not be required any landscaping or vegetative screening <br />unless such unit is to be placed within 100 feet of a residentially zoned or developed <br />lot. If such unit is located within 100 feet, a class "C" buffer as set forth in Article 7 <br />of this Ordinance shall be required. <br />5.37.3.5 If a vending unit is to be placed within an existing parking lot serving an <br />existing business(es), then an analysis should be conducted to ensure that the loss of <br />any parking spaces shall not result in the loss of any required minimum parking for <br />the existing business(es). If such placement will result in the loss of (or further <br />reduction of) required parking, then the free-standing vending unit shall not permitted <br />at that location. In the event that the placement of such a vending unit would be <br />located within an existing parking area that is substandard in terms of not being <br />paved (graveled lots), the placement of such vending unit shall not require the existing <br />lot to be paved. <br />5.37.3.6 If a vending unit is to be placed on a vacant tract or as a stand alone use on an <br />undeveloped portion of a larger tract, such units shall be required to construct and <br />maintain a paved vehicular access drive and a minimum of two off-sheet parking <br />spaces, including a minimum of handicap accessible space. <br />5.37.3.7 Bollards, if used, are to be limited to one (1) per each corner of ice vending <br />unit (maximum of four bollards) and shall be of a color to match the trivet color of <br />the vending unit. <br />5.37.3.8 All vending units, including all signs, awnings and other exterior elements. <br />shall be kept in good condition. Such units and sites shall be maintained in a "like <br />new " condition, freefrom substantial deterioration. <br />5.37.4 BUILDING DESIGN STANDARDS. <br />5.37.4.1 Facade colors shall consist of low reflectance, subtle, neutral or Earth Tone <br />colors.
