022 <br />3. Provide necessary equipment to maintain the fields. Such equipment would <br />typically include field marking material, and field marking machines. <br />4. Cleaning of rest rooms including cleaning supplies necessary to perform the <br />work. <br />5. Emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners for the receptacles. <br />6. Provide the Club with the names and telephone numbers of two (2) persons <br />who may be contacted by the Club when needed for routine as well as emergency <br />contact. <br />7. Conduct routine inspections of the facility. <br />8. To not knowingly allow any person to conduct any illegal activity. <br />B. Club in consideration of the above, agrees to provide full administration, <br />organization, and supervision of the Club sponsored youth baseball program for <br />the period March 15 through June 30. <br />1. Club shall make the youth baseball program available to the general public <br />ensuring general access without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, <br />sex, or socio-economic standing. <br />2. Provide the County with the names and telephone numbers of two (2) persons <br />who may be contacted by the County when needed for routine as well as <br />emergency contact. <br />3. Provide all necessary equipment for the provision of the baseball program. <br />Such equipment would typically include bases, pitching rubbers, uniforms, <br />playing equipment, and any other equipment not considered a permanent structure <br />attached to the facility. <br />4. Maintain the athletic fields, surrounding areas, and facilities including: <br />a. All fences, fence lines <br />b. Bleachers <br />c. Irrigation and drainage systems <br />d. Ball field lighting systems <br />e. All buildings including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and structural repairs. <br />f All surrounding areas including concession stands, parking areas, picnic <br />facilities, and playgrounds <br />g. Conduct routine inspections of the facility. <br />U <br />
