Payne, Director <br />REQUEST Request that Commissioners accept the check from Greenway <br />Residential Development, LLC in the amount of $21,750 to be used <br />for improvements to Dalrymple Park. <br />SUMMARY Greenway Residential Development, LLC are the developers of the <br />newly constructed Autumn Oaks apartment complex located across <br />Woodland Avenue from Dalrymple Park.
