B. <br />_ Information <br />Meeting Date: March 17,2014 XX Action Item <br />Consent Agenda <br />SUBJECT Acceptance of Check from Greenway Residential Development, <br />LLC <br />DEPARTMENT Lee County Parks & Recreation <br />CONTACT PERSON John W. Payne, Director <br />REQUEST Request that Commissioners accept the check from Greenway <br />Residential Development, LLC in the amount of $21,750 to be used <br />for improvements to Dalrymple Park. <br />SUMMARY Greenway Residential Development, LLC are the developers of the <br />newly constructed Autumn Oaks apartment complex located across <br />Woodland Avenue from Dalrymple Park. Bob Bridwell, Community <br />Development Director negotiated an agreement with Mr. Brad <br />Parker for their company to make an investment in improvements to <br />Dalrymple Park. <br />BUDGET IMPACT Add $21,750 to facility development. <br />ATTACHMENT(S) (1) Letter from Mr. Brad Parker with Greenway Residential <br />Development, LLC, (2) Copy of check for $21,750, (3) 8/26/13 Parks <br />& Recreation Minutes, and (4) 10/28/13 Parks & Recreation Minutes <br />PUBLIC HEARING No <br />PRIOR BOARD ACTION N/A <br />RECOMMENDATION Accept check from Greenway Residential Development in the <br />amount of $21,750 to be used for Dalrymple Park <br />
