Chairman of the Hospital Board of Directors, appeared before the Board and advised them that the Hospital needed approximately $41, 000, 00 to secure, an additional. boiler ,to insure continuous operation of the hospital plant. After an extended discussion, , Commissioner Dotterer moved that since the County owns the hospital site and since the Board of Directors operate the hospital, that the Board of Directors should furnish to the Board of Comm- issioners monthly financial reports and a, copy-of the hospital's current budget together with reports on the evaluation of the physical condition of the boilers, and that after receiving such reports, the.County would-, at that time, consider the request of the Board of Directors,' Commissioner` thyne asked that the motion be amended to.include receiving reports on the condition of the boilers in the school'buildings soon to be'abandoned, .and Commissioner potterer agreed to such amendment. As amended, Commissioner Rhyne seconded the motion and upon a vote, it was unanimously adopted, The Chairman appointed Commissioner Gordon A.
