Ba;K 9 PAGt 26 40 <br />In discussing road matters, Commissioner Gordon A. Wicker <br />reported to the Board that the encroachments for sanitary sewer and water <br />lines had been completed in three different projects as follows: <br />1) File No. 54-98, 8" sanitary sewer and 6" water line <br />along a route on Secondary Roads Nos. 1107, 1109, <br />1232, 1233, 1114, 1115, and 1227. <br />2) File No. 54-130, water and sewer improvement along <br />Secondary Roads Nos. 1509 and 1568. <br />3) File No. 54-155, sanitary sewer along Secondary Road <br />No. 1405. <br />Commissioner Gordon A. Wicker reported that the District Office <br />of the Division of Highways, Department of Transportation had investigated the <br />petition for the addition of streets in Hidden Valley Subdivision to the State's <br />System of Maintained Roads and had found that the streets met the requirements <br />for addition to the System. Commissioner Wicker moved the adoption of the <br />following resolution with respect to the roads in the Hidden Valley Subdivision: <br />WHEREAS, the attached petition has been filed <br />with the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Lee, <br />requesting that the above described road, the location of which <br />has been indicated in red on the attached map, be added to the <br />Secondary Road System; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners is of <br />the opinion that the above described road should be added to the <br />Secondary Road System, if the road meets minimum standards <br />and criteria established by the Division of Highways of the De- <br />partment of Transportation and Highway Safety for the addition <br />of roads to the System. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of <br />County Commissioners of the County of Lee, that the Division <br />of Highways is hereby requested to review the above described <br />road, and to take over the road for maintenance if it meets <br />established standards and criteria. <br />Commissioner Franklin D. Wicker seconded the motion and upon <br />a vote it was unanimously adopted. <br />Commissioner Gordon A. Commissioner Wicker moved the adoption of the <br />following resolution with respect to the roads in the West Courtland Acres Subdiv- <br />ision: <br />WHEREAS, the attached petition has been filed with <br />the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Lee, <br />requesting that the above described road, the location of which <br />has been indicated in red on the attached map, be added to the <br />Secondary Road System; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners is of <br />the opinion that the above road should be added to the Secondary <br />Road System, if the road meets minimum standards and criteria <br />
