Ba;K 9 PAGt 26 40 In discussing road matters, Commissioner Gordon A. Wicker reported to the Board that the encroachments for sanitary sewer and water lines had been completed in three different projects as follows: 1) File No. 54-98, 8" sanitary sewer and 6" water line along a route on Secondary Roads Nos. 1107, 1109, 1232, 1233, 1114, 1115, and 1227. 2) File No. 54-130, water and sewer improvement along Secondary Roads Nos. 1509 and 1568. 3) File No. 54-155, sanitary sewer along Secondary Road No. 1405. Commissioner Gordon A. Wicker reported that the District Office of the Division of Highways, Department of Transportation had investigated the petition for the addition of streets in Hidden Valley Subdivision to the State's System of Maintained Roads and had found that the streets met the requirements for addition to the System. Commissioner Wicker moved the adoption of the following resolution with respect to the roads in the Hidden Valley Subdivision: WHEREAS, the attached petition has been filed with the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Lee, requesting that the above described road, the location of which has been indicated in red on the attached map, be added to the Secondary Road System; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners is of the opinion that the above described road should be added to the Secondary Road System, if the road meets minimum standards and criteria established by the Division of Highways of the De- partment of Transportation and Highway Safety for the addition of roads to the System. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Lee, that the Division of Highways is hereby requested to review the above described road, and to take over the road for maintenance if it meets established standards and criteria. Commissioner Franklin D. Wicker seconded the motion and upon a vote it was unanimously adopted. Commissioner Gordon A. Commissioner Wicker moved the adoption of the following resolution with respect to the roads in the West Courtland Acres Subdiv- ision: WHEREAS, the attached petition has been filed with the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Lee, requesting that the above described road, the location of which has been indicated in red on the attached map, be added to the Secondary Road System; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners is of the opinion that the above road should be added to the Secondary Road System, if the road meets minimum standards and criteria
