BOOK 9 PAuE 30 <br />transfer be approved. Commissioner Clyde J. Rhyne seconded the motion and <br />upon a roll call vote, Messrs. Dotterer, Rhyne, F. Wicker, G. Wicker and <br />Cooper all voted for it and no one voted against it. <br />The Clerk reported on the meeting with the contractor to perform <br />mapping services for the County and reported that the Committee recommended <br />the contract be amended to require a performance bond in the amount of the <br />work authorized and that the penalty provision be reduced to $5.00 per map sheet <br />per day and further advised the Board a future modification would have to be made <br />to have the numbering system installed which meets the guide lines established <br />by the Department of Revenue. Such changes were authorized and approved <br />upon motion of Commissioner Dotterer, duly seconded by Commissioner Franklin <br />D. Wicker, which motion was unanimously adopted. <br />The Chairman advised the Board that Mr. Jack Dossenbach had <br />resigned from the County Personnel Board and that a vacancy existed for the period <br />until June 30, 1980. Commissioner Franklin D. Wicker nominated Commissioner <br />John E. Dotterer for this position. Commissioner Clyde J. Rhyne moved that <br />the nominations be closed and that Commissioner Dotterer be elected to this <br />position by acclamation. Commissioner Gordon A. Wicker seconded the motion <br />and upon a vote it was unanimously adopted; with Commissioner Dotterer abstaining. <br />The Chairman declared that Commissioner Dotterer had been duly appointed to <br />the Personnel Board for a term expiring on June 30, 1980. <br />There being rio further business to come before the session, it was <br />adjourned, sine die. <br />
