Mar 9 PacZ5 <br />Commissioner Clyde J. Rhyne seconded the motion, and upon a <br />vote it was unanimously adopted. <br />Commissioner Dotterer moved that the Clerk be instructed to <br />contact Carolina Bank and determine if they are interested in buying the <br />Library Building on Steele Street adjoining their property. If not, then <br />we would probably consider renting the building which will be available <br />the first of November. Commissioner Rhyne seconded the motion and upon <br />a vote, it was unanimously adopted. <br />The Chairman read a letter from Mr. James A. Graham, Commissioner <br />of the North Carolina Department of Agriculture,stating that the Tax <br />Supervisor's office will no longer be asked to collect and list data from <br />tract owners in the Land Utilization Township books. The N. C.
