30GV ?ACE <br />RESOLUTION OF THE LEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />ESTABLISHING JUST COMPENSATION FOR A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND <br />IN SANFORD, NORTH CAROLINA <br />WHEREAS, an appraisal report by R. B. Lemmond, Jr.. for a <br />parcel shown on the attachments to this'resolution, were presented <br />to the Lee County Board of Commissioners for their review; and <br />WHEREAS, a review appraiser's (Mr. Clyde Burge), Fair Market <br />Value determination and his report therein was reviewed by the <br />Lee County Board of Commissioners at the meeting held on September <br />18th ,1978; and <br />WHEREAS, information pertaining to the name'of owner, parcel <br />number and location was available to each member of the Board of <br />Commissioners; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lee County Board of Commissioners wish to <br />establish Just Compensation for each parcel to be acquired by the <br />Commissioners; and <br />WHEREAS, the delimits of the property and the interest to be <br />acquired therein was presented to the Board of Commissioners; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: <br />THAT, the Board of Commissioners of the County of Lee certifies <br />that the work of the appraiser and the review appraiser, with respect <br />to each property has been performed in a competent manner in accord- <br />ance with applicable State law. The Uniform Relocation Assistance <br />and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, Public Law 91-646, <br />and the Department of Housing and Urban Development policies and <br />requirements; and <br />THAT, Just compensation is hereby established for each of the <br />parcels as follows: <br />Interest to <br />Parcel No. <br />Area Sq.
