BOOK 9 rnct 272 <br />releca~ion assistance programs offering the <br />services described in Section 205 of the Act shall <br />.be provided -to•such..displaced families, individuals, <br />par- nerships;..=orporations flr.associations'lithe <br />-manner provided under applicable &i7D regulations, <br />(c) `'That -within .:a _xeasonable time prior -to displacement, <br />decent, safe, -and sanitary replacement dwellings <br />will be available to such displaced families.and <br />individuals in accordance with Section 205(c) (3) of <br />the Act. <br />(d) -That the-costs to the Applicant of providing payments <br />.-and assistance hereunder shall be borne in-accordance <br />-with :Section '211 -of --the Act. <br />(e) That affected persons.will be adequately informed <br />of the _benefits, policies, and procedures provided <br />by the Act and HUD regulations issued pursuant <br />thereto. <br />(f) That the relocation process will be carried out in s 24 -placed persons with <br />uni fo^: and cor.•si~ ~cnt. ,ices; anc replacement <br />housing as described in the Act and BUD regulations <br />issued pursuant thereto will be available and the <br />sane range of choices with respect to such housing <br />will be offered.to all C-5--placed persons regardless <br />of race, color, religion., or national origin pursuant <br />to Title VI of the Civil P_~ghts Act of 1564 (42 USC 20DOc'' <br />Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968 (42 USC 3501 <br />et sec.) and Executive Order 11063 (27 F.R. 11527). <br />(g) That in acquiring real property in connection with said <br />procrars the Applicant will be guided to the greatest <br />extent practicable under State law, by the acquisition <br />policies set out under Section 301 of the Federal Act <br />and the provisions of Section 302 thereof- <br />
