" BOOK 9 % 3O <br />10) Proposed minimum building setback lines; <br />11) The names of owners of adjoining properties and any <br />adjoining subdivisions of record (or proposed and under <br />review); <br />12) Any proposed riding trails, natural buffers, pedestrian, <br />bicycle, or other rights-of-way, utility or other ease- <br />ments, their location, width, and purposes; <br />13) -Proposed streets, existing and platted streets on ad- <br />joining properties and in the proposed subdivision, <br />rights-of-way, pavement widths, approximate grades, <br />design engineering data for all corners and curves, <br />typical street cross sections, and designated as pub- <br />lic or private streets. If any street is proposed to <br />intersect with a state maintained road, the plat shall <br />be accompanied by a copy of an applciation for drive- <br />way approval and submitted to the Department of <br />Transportation, Division of Highway's Manual on Drive- <br />way Regulations; <br />14) Existing and proposed property lines, both on the tract <br />to be subdivided and on adjoining properties, buildings <br />or other structures, water courses, railroads, bridges, <br />culverts, storm drains, both on the land to be sub- <br />divided and on the land immediately adjoining; corporate <br />limits, and county lines; <br />15) Proposed lot lines, lot and block numbers, and approx- <br />imate dimensions; <br />16) Wooded areas, marshes, swamps, rock outcrops, ponds or <br />lakes, streams or stream beds, and any other natural <br />features affecting the site; <br />17) The preliminary plat shall be accompanied by a copy <br />of any proposed deed restrictions or similar covenants <br />(mandatory when private recreation areas are estab- <br />lished). <br />18) Date of plat preparation; <br />19) The name(s) of the township(s), county, and state in <br />which the subdivision is located; <br />20) The name(s), address(es), and telephone number(s).of <br />the owner(s), mortgagee(s), registered surveyor(s), <br />land planner(s), architect(s), landscape architect(s), <br />and professional engineer(s) responsible for the sub- <br />division. <br />f.
