BOOK 9 rAOE 2 11 <br />_ vJ'?iiT; L-.= OF CC: 77H101--s CONC~,_` NG <br />F =~.LT10- 1.SSiSTAI:CE AtiD REAL PROFI .Ty ACQUISITION <br />P01-1C'_' ACT OF 1570 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners for hee County has heretofore <br />determined it to be in the public -interest to-participate 3n the <br />Community Development Program; and <br />WBERFAS, the Board of Commissioners desire to establish standards <br />and policies for relocation assistance and real property acquisition <br />to be followed in those areas delineated in the Community Development <br />Block Grant Program; and <br />k7E.P21S, Lee County presently has in operation Community <br />Development Program No. 1--75-DN-37-0009 and Community Development <br />Program No. 8-76-M-37-0023, -in the 1yons Bottom Impact Area; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, -BE IT RESOLVED .AS 7FOLLOWS: <br />1. That all relocation and real property acquisitions carried <br />out in the aforesaid progrmms shall comply with Article 2, "Relocation <br />Assistance" of Chapter 133 "Public Works" of the General Statutues of <br />North Carolina, and with Sections 210 and 305 of the Federal Act <br />entltleG "The UnirC _7 -z Ce Z^_: Y_Cal Prc <br />/:CGL'15111C.^.
