Recording of the Final Plat <br />The subdivider shall file the approved final plat with the <br />Register of Deeds of Lee County for recording within ninety <br />(90) days after the date of county's approval; otherwise, such <br />approval shall be null and void. <br />C. Regular Procedure <br />1. Sketch Design Plan <br />If the land to be subdivided contains more than six (6) acres, <br />the subdivider shall submit a sketch plan prior to submitting <br />a preliminary plat. Smaller subdivisions may be submitted in <br />sketch plan form if the developer wishes. Sketch plans shall <br />conform to the following requirements: <br />a. Number of Conies and Graphic Media. A minimum of two (2) <br />copies of a sketch design plan shall be submitted. No <br />specific graphic media must be employed. <br />b. Size of Plan and Scale. No specific size requirements ap- <br />ply to sketch design plans; it is suggested that the <br />requirements applicable to preliminary and final plats be <br />utilized. <br />c. Administrative Fees. No administrative fees are charged in <br />connection with the submission of sketch design plans. <br />d. Certification Required. No certificates must be provided <br />in connection with the submission of sketch design plans. <br />e. Contents Required. The sketch design plan shall depict <br />or contain the following information: <br />1) A sketch vicinity map showing the location of the sub- <br />division in relation to neighboring tracts, subdivi- <br />sions, roads, and waterways; <br />-15- <br />
