BOOK 9 mbE 30 2 <br />4) Natural Areas. Existing and proposed wooded areas, <br />marshes, and any peculiar natural conditions affecting <br />the site. <br />5) Boundary. The exact boundary lines of the tract to be <br />subdivided fully, dimensioned by lengths and bearings, <br />and the location of intersection boundary lines of ad- <br />joining lands, with adjacent subdivisions identified <br />by official names. <br />6) Monument and Control Corners. The accurate locations <br />and descriptions of all monuments, markers, and con- <br />trol points. <br />7) Survey Data. Sufficient data to determine readily and <br />reproduce on the ground every straight or curved <br />boundary line, and setback line, including dimensions, <br />bearings, or deflection angles, radii, arcs, chords, <br />central an and tangent distances for the center <br />line of curved streets and curved property lines that <br />are not the boundary of curved streets. All dimen- <br />sions shall be measured to the nearest one-tenth (1/10) <br />of a foot and all angles to the nearest minute. <br />8) Easements. The location of all rights-o£-way, ease- <br />ments, and areas to be dedicated to public use with <br />the purpose of each stated. <br />9) Names and Vicinity Map. The name of the subdivision, <br />the owner, and surveyor, landscape architect, engineer, <br />and a sketch vicinity map showing the relationship be- <br />tween subdivision and surrounding area at a scale of <br />one (1) inch to one thousand (1,000) feet. <br />10) Block and Lot Numbers. The blocks numbered consecutively <br />throughout the entire subdivision and the lots numbered <br />consecutively throughout each block. <br />11) Deed Restrictions on the Property. A statement in- <br />dicating whether deed restrictions exist, the subject, <br />and location. <br />12) Building Setback Lines. Minimum building setback lines. <br />13) Proposed Nonresidential District. If, pursuant to this <br />section the subdivider requests credit for private <br />park and recreation areas, such request, shall be sub- <br />mitted in writing with the preliminary plat, and the <br />plat shall designate the area or areas for which credit <br />is requested. If the developer desires to make a pay- <br />ment in lieu of dedication of land, a statement to the <br />effect shall be submitted with the preliminary plat. <br />In addition, all proposed locations of school sites, <br />riding trails, natural buffers, pedestrian and bicycle <br />-12- <br />
