Title
This ordinance shall be known and may be cited as the Subdivision
Regulations for Lee County, North Carolina, and may be referred to as
the Subdivision Regulations.
E. Purpose
The purpose of this ordinance is to support and guide the proper
subdivision of land within the jurisdiction of Lee County in order to
promote the public health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens
of Lee County.
