Y'e 9ri_a4 County Attorney to negotiate with the Lee County Hospital Trustees and with American Medical International, Inc. , to carry out the terms of the proposal and to work out a lease for approval by the Board. The Board next took up for consideration, instructions to the Finance Officer as to handling of the fiscal affairs of the County. Commissioner Rhyne moved the adoption of the resolution designating depositories and fiscal policy, a copy of which is attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof. Commissioner Nielsen seconded the motion and upon a vote it was unanimously adopted. The Board next took up for consideration, budget amendments to the CETA Program. Following discussion, Commissioner Gordon A. Wicker moved the following: A. Amend the Budget Ordinance to reflect anew appropriation to CETA Title II of $127, 543. 00, from the Department of Labor - Manpower Funds and the expenditures of $127, 543. 00, as follows: I. Salaries and Wages: New Appropriation $ 83, 262. 00 II. FICA: New Appropriation 5,077.00 III. Hospital: New Appropriation 5,031.00 IV. Workmens Compensation: New Appropriation 733.00 V. Administrative Expense: New Appropriation 1, 564.00 VI. Telephone: New Appropriation 250.00 VII. Supplies: New Appropriation 250.00 VIII. Emergency and Contingency: New Appropriation 31,376.00 $ 127, 543.00 B.
