Agricultural Center, 2420 Tramway Road, Sanford, North Carolina, on said date. <br />Commissioners present were Amy M. Dalrymple, Charles T. Parks, Robert T. Reives, Kirk O. Smith, <br />and James K. Womack. Commissioner Dr. Ricky Frazier was not in attendance and Commissioner L7 r. <br />Andre Knecht arrived at 5:50 p. m. Staff in attendance included County Manager John Crumpton, <br />Assistant County Manager /Finance Director Lisa Minter, County Attorney Neil Yarborough, Legal Staff <br />Kerry Schmid, and Clerk to the Board Gaynell Lee. <br />Chairman Parks called the meeting to order on behalf of the Board of Commissioners. <br />Board of Education Chairman Dr. Lyn Smith called the meeting to order on behalf of the Board <br />of Education. <br />Chairman Parks delivered the invocation. <br />The pledge of allegiance was recited. <br />Chairman Parks stated he would be moving discussion of the School Resource Officer matter <br />up on the Agenda from its original slot because Sheriff Carter had to leave for another meeting. <br />Commissioner Smith asked that two items be added to the agenda for discussion; (1) educational <br />matter from the Fort Bragg Regional Alliance, and (2) a matter concerning constitute communication. <br />Commissioner Womack moved to approve the Agenda as amended. Upon a vote, the results were as <br />fo I I ows <br />Aye: Dalrymple, Parks, Reives, Smith, and Womack <br />Nay: None <br />Absent: Frazier and Knecht <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously_ <br />
