BOOK 2' F, 6t 5 <br />LEE COUNTY <br />Committed Today for a Better Tomorrow <br />LEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />RESOLUTION <br />HONORING THE 10-AND-UNDER BOYS ALL-STARS <br />WHEREAS, the Lee County Parks and Recreation Department 10-and-under Boys All-Stars <br />concluded a successful season by winning the Tar Heel Leagues, Inc. Midget Division State <br />Championship on July 26, 2009, against Rocky Mount in Erwin, North Carolina, and <br />WHEREAS, Lee County has not won a State championship in this age group since 1989; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners for Lee County wishes to recognize the achievements <br />of these outstanding young athletes and their coaches, <br />NOW, THEREFORE the Lee County Board of Commissioners does hereby extend its heartfelt <br />congratulations to the following players and coaches for their superior performance on and off the <br />field: <br />Isaiah Lassiter <br />Colyn Fowler <br />Noah Terhune <br />Grant Frye <br />Christopher Grant <br />Seth Caddell <br />Christian Glenn <br />Nathan Holt <br />Brice McRae <br />Noah Stone <br />Justin Bethea <br />Anderson Olivares <br />Carson Grant <br />Coaches: Scott Grant, Johnnie Glenn, Chris Holt and Will Terhune <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be presented to representatives of the <br />team and coaching staff with appropriate ceremony. <br />Presented this 17'" day of August 2009. <br />is and B.
