004 <br />Commissioner Reives moved to approve the zero - interest Promissory Note between the County <br />of Lee and Fitzpak, Inc., a New Jersey Corporation, a copy of which is attached to these Minutes and <br />by this reference made a part hereof. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dalrymple, Frazier, Knecht, Parks, Reives, Smith, and Womack <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Interim Economic Development Director Crystal Morphis presented a quarterly update /report on <br />Economic Development matters. No action was taken. <br />The Board considered adoption of Text Amendments to the Unified Development Ordinance <br />(UDO) to amend Articles 2 and 3 regarding changes in State Law for Board of Adjustment procedures. <br />Assistant Community Development Director Marshall Downey stated the Lee County Planning Board <br />unanimously approved the Text Amendments presented. Commissioner Smith moved to approve the <br />recommendation of the Planning Board in reference to Text Amendments and an Ordinance Amending <br />the Lee County Unified Development Ordinance, a copy of which is attached to these Minutes and by <br />this reference made a part hereof. Assistant <br />Community Development Director Marshall Downey stated the Planning Board unanimously approved <br />the application as presented. Commissioner Reives moved to approve the recommendation of the <br />Planning Board to rezone the above referenced property and to approve the Ordinance to Amend the <br />Official Zoning Map of Lee County, a copy of which is attached to these Minutes and by this reference <br />made a part hereof.
