The files must be available for review by North Carolina Emergency Management Staff for site visits, project closeout <br />and future audits. <br />Grantee must include appropriate documentation in the file, including but not limited to the following documents: <br />Grant Award and Memorandum of Agreement/Memorandum of Understanding and Supporting Appendices <br />Completed appropriate cost report forms with invoices <br />Audit Findings and Corrective Action Plans <br />
