M&R Mini (SPP 145 -2_ 01) - Development of a mini-storage warehouse facility on lots 14 & 15 <br />(both vacant) of Jonesboro Industrial Park, which is located off of Cameron Drive Extension. The project site is <br />Identified as Lee County Tax Parcels 9651 -87- 6256 -oo & 9 5306 -00 and is zoned Light Industrial (U). The <br />project proposes to utilize existing public water and no sewer. <br />This project was reviewed by the TRC on 200&03 -27, but not developed. The Shops at Cameron Place Shoppin Center (SP -71 -2013) - Development of a 113,048sf shopping center <br />on a 22.873 acre site (two tracts of land) located adjoining Southside Plaza Shopping Center to the south, Identified <br />as Lee County Tax Parcels 9651 -98- 4879-00 & 9651-88- 8471-oo and zoned General Commercial (C -2). One of the tracts <br />Is currently developed with an automated car wash addresses as 3010 S. Homer Blvd and one tract Is vacant. Schooly's Bar & Billiards at 102 E.
