054 <br />The big - picture outline of the end deliverable will look something like this: <br />• An overview of the entire planning process. <br />• Compiles all reserach, inputs, SWOT, and plannig worshops <br />• Staff <br />• Budget <br />• Responsibiliites <br />• Best practices <br />• Strategies could include: small business development, retail growth, amenity <br />development, business recruitment, agri- business, redevelopment, and others <br />• Specific action steps, responsible parties, and budget will be outlined <br />• Timeline for implementation <br />• Measurements for progress <br />Integration into Fundraising <br />Creative EDC will deliver a draft program of work for fundraisers to test in the marketplace. <br />After the fundraising assessment, Creative EDC will finalize the draft based on investor input. <br />For example, the draft program of work may require $1.1 M of funding a year but only $900,000 <br />can be raised from public and private sources. The strategic plan would be adjusted to fit the <br />resources available. <br />11 <br />
