021 PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE This is to inform the public that a public hearing will be held on the proposed County of Lee Community Transportation Program Ap- plication to be submitted to the North Carolina Depart- ment of Transportation no later than November 15, 2013. The public hearing will be held on October 21, 2013 at 6:00 pm before the (gov- erning board) Lee County Board of Commissioners. Those interested in attend- ing the public hearing and needing either auxiliary aids and services under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) or a language translator should contact Debbie Davidson on or be- fore October 17, at tele- phone number 919 - 776-0501 or via email at ddavidson @ leecountync.go The Community Transporta- tion Program provides as- sistance to coordinate exist- ing transportation programs operating in Lee County as well as provides transporta- tion options and services for the communities within this service area. These ser- vices are currently provided using Fixed Route, Demand Response, Subscription and Trip Referral. Services are rendered by County of Lee Transit System. The total estimated amount requested for the period Ju- ly 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015 Project Administrative Total Amount $157,558 Local Share $ 23,635 (15 %) Capital (Vehicles & Other) Total Amount $ 422,867 Local Share $ 42,286 (10 %) Operating (Small fixed- route, regional, and consolidated urban -rural systems only) *(50 %) or more *Note: Small Fixed Route systems must contribute more than 50 0 /6 TOTAL PROJECT Total Amount $ 580,425 Total Funding Request Total Local Share $ 65,921 This application may be in- spected at 1615 S Third Street from October 11 — 21, 2013.
