BK - 00026 PG - 0005 2. SERVICES. The County, through the Sanford -Lee County Strategic Services Department, agrees to provide the City comprehensive strategic information services (GIS). All City departments, officials and staff will be provided unlimited access to the comprehensive geographic information (GIS) for the payment stated hereinafter which access shall include, but not be limited to, phone consultations, provision of maps, graphs, copies, graphic information, census data, reapportionment data and any other service requested by the City. The Strategic Services Director and all department employees shall be County employees and shall report to the Lee County Manager. 3. COMPENSATION. For Fiscal Year 2013 -2014, the City shall pay to the County the annual sum of Seventy-nine thousand six hundred ($79,600.00) dollars, which shall be paid in equal quarterly installments on July 15, October 15, January 15 and April 15. 4. TERMINATION. In addition to the method of termination provided in paragraph 1, either party may terminate this agreement upon six (6) months' written notice to the other party, Notice shall be given to: as to the City of Sanford: City Manager P.O. This agreement shall be effective as of July 1, 2013, following its adoption by the majority vote of the members of the governing board of the County and City and its due execution by the proper officials of each unit of government. The minutes of each unit of government shall record the action taken in accordance herewith. 6. COMPLAINTS. Any person having a complaint concerning the Sanford Lee County Strategic Services Department (GIS) may direct it to the County Manager. City agrees to follow departmental protocol for all citizen complaints. Any complaints regarding issues within the City shall be communicated to the City Manager.
