A. 1. <br />_ Information <br />XX Action Item <br />Consent Agenda <br />SUBJECT Recommendation of the Planning Board for the Village of Cumnock <br />DEPARTMENT Sanford /Lee County Community Development <br />CONTACT PERSON Althea Thompson, Planner II <br />REQUEST Consider recommendation of the Planning Board and make final <br />decision. <br />SUMMARY Application No. 2013 -0801 submitted by the Village of Cumnock, LLC <br />to rezone two parcels (42.96 -acres and 10.67 -acres respectively, for a total of 53.63± acres) <br />from Residential Restricted (RR) district to Multi - Family 12 (MF -12) district. The parcels are <br />located south of Cotten Road beginning approximately 800 ft southeast from the intersection of <br />Cotten Road and Cumnock Road.
